• Start is Air Liquide's annual international recruitment program for recent university graduates.
• It is only dedicated to recruiting the highest performing new graduates each year.
• This program consist in proposing to this graduates a first assignment abroad to „start” their career within the Air Liquide Group.
• For the Start hires, this program prepares them for accelerated development. With an initial three-year assignment, they are challenged to quickly adapt to a different culture, learn the business and bring results. At the end of their assignment, they are ideally positioned to pursue new opportunities in the Air Liquide Group.

A Start candidate is a new graduate who has the following qualifications:

• masters degree or equivalent, at minimum, from a nationally or internationally recognized university,
• excellent academic record,
• fluent command of English and bilingual at a minimum,
• international mobility,
• multi-cultural attitude,
• significant growth potential.
